The SRS-Schwab classification describes adult spinal deformity (ASD). It comprises a coronal curve type (T/L/D/N) and three sagittal modifiers: PI–LL, PT and SVA. Enter the measured values — the calculator derives the modifiers (0 / + / ++) and the full classification, e.g. "L, +, ++, +".
